PUMP
The Grundfos UPA mini circulator pumps are designed for pressure boos ng of domes c potable and hot water supplies with
particular applications for showers, taps, and water feeds to appliances. Pumps incorporate a flow switch that automatically
starts the pump when a tapping point is turned on, thereby increasing the water pressure. When the tap is closed, the flow
switch immediately stops the pump. They are capable of boos ng water in multiple outlets at a me (1-4 taps) making them suitable for flats with a shared water supply and for one-family houses.
Pump construction is a stainless steel encapsulated rotor, rotor can and bearing plate, polycarbonate impeller, and cast iron
pump housing. Pumps are supplied with a female threaded BSP union connection set.

MOTOR
Built on the high-quality wet-runner technology the UPA 120 offers smooth and silent opera on, making it a popular choice in
private homes. The integral 2-pole asynchronous squirrel-cage motor includes a built-in thermal switch which monitors winding
temperature and cuts off the power supply in the event of overload. No remote overload protection is required, though the
pump must be connected to a suitably rated MCB or fuse.
